This notice explains how JP Property Maintenance ("we", "us") collects and uses personal information when you contact us through this website, by phone or on WhatsApp.

What we collect

When you use the callback form we collect:

• your name, phone number, email address and postcode
• the type of job and any details you give us
• any photos you choose to upload
• your preferred callback time

If you call or message us on WhatsApp, we'll have your phone number and anything you send us.

How we use it

We only use your information to reply to your enquiry, discuss the job, give you a quote and, if you go ahead, arrange and carry out the work. We don't use it for marketing and we never sell it.

Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract with you, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.

Who handles it

Form submissions, including photos, are received and stored by our website host, Netlify, Inc. Netlify may store data outside the UK, under safeguards approved for UK data protection law. Messages sent on WhatsApp are handled by WhatsApp (Meta).

To show the website, your browser also loads fonts from Google Fonts and map images from OpenStreetMap, which means those services see your device's IP address.

How long we keep it

If you don't go ahead with a job, we delete your enquiry within 12 months. If we do work for you, we keep the details we need for our business and tax records for as long as the law requires.

Cookies

This website does not set any cookies.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. You can also object to how we use it. Just get in touch using the details below.
